As trained researchers and academics, we believe that the cutting-edge qualitative and quantitative research methods commonly used in academia and large corporations should be accessible and digestible to a variety of organizations and communities.
We believe that individuals without formal research or equity and justice training can learn to implement these skills in their organizations, careers, and lives.
